Summary: Good hotel, but not excellent. Room was very nice and very clean but coffee maker not working correctly. I booked a pet friendly room but when I checked in they didn't have any. However, they accommodated us and our pet anyway. Hallways outside of the room were dated and needing to be changed. Two of the ice makers were out of order.

Summary: Our room never was supplied with towels in the bathroom. It was fairly clean too. Need a different kleenex box cover. Hot tub was not in service and sounds like it is eliminated or will be eliminated from the swimming area. I probably wont stay here again.

Summary: We were in the area Saturday but couldn’t check in until 3 so we checked hotels.com and found a room for $89 out the door. It even includes a breakfast.

Summary: The hotel is going through a remodeling and is going to be beautiful! Breakfast was good and plentiful..Aside from the forgotten. Men's underwear hanging behind the bathroom door from the last guest everything was great. When I approached the front desk the next morning to mention it, I was met by a less then friendly manager who seemed rather suspicious that I didn't immediately come down to the front desk and complain the night before when we found it. After diving 11 hours 4 of which was in a bad snowstorm and arriving after 1 in the morning I just wanted to get some sleep. My 2 friends and I promptly checked out..

Summary: Room was dirty, floors had not been cleaned in quite some time. Dead flies near the window. Only half a roll of toilet paper was left in the room.
